Planning and Programming
The Planning and Programming Team plays a pivotal role in organizing events that strengthen family bonds. They aim to create memorable and enriching experiences that are both engaging and inclusive for all family members. Their efforts focus on fostering meaningful connections within the family, ensuring that each event enhances the sense of togetherness and leaves a lasting impression.
Fundraising
The Fundraising Committee develops and coordinates fundraising strategies, campaigns, events, donor outreach, sponsorships, and other resource-development activities for the family foundation. It builds strong relationships with supporters, communicates the foundation’s mission and impact, encourages giving, and helps secure the financial resources needed to sustain and expand the foundation’s charitable programs.
Scholarship
The Scholarship Committee develops and manages scholarship programs within the family foundation by establishing fair eligibility and selection criteria, reviewing applications, selecting recipients, and overseeing scholarship awards and follow-up. It promotes educational opportunity, transparency, accountability, and ongoing support for recipients while aligning each award with the foundation’s values and charitable goals.
Social Media
The Social Media Committee develops and manages the foundation’s social media presence by creating and sharing engaging content, promoting programs and events, highlighting community impact, and communicating the foundation’s mission and values. It maintains consistent messaging, encourages community engagement, supports fundraising and outreach efforts, and helps build awareness and trust among family members, supporters, and the wider community.
Merchandise
The Merchandise Committee manages the planning, sourcing, budgeting, promotion, and sale or distribution of merchandise for the family, ensuring that each item is useful, attractive, affordable, and aligned with the family’s identity. The committee coordinates orders, inventory, and delivery while creating opportunities to strengthen unity and support family activities.
The Finance Committee oversees the family foundation’s budgeting, financial planning, investment decisions, and financial reporting. It ensures the responsible stewardship of the foundation’s funds by promoting transparency, accountability, and compliance with relevant requirements, while supporting the long-term sustainability of the foundation’s charitable work.
